1Introduction & Definitions

The Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out in this document constitute a legally binding agreement between Sixs6 and you (the user or "Member").

2Account Registration & Verification
To register on Sixs6, you must provide accurate and complete information. Sixs6 reserves the right to close any account found to contain false or incomplete details.

- Each individual may only open one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- The name, address, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate.

Bonus Abuse
The following activities are considered bonus abuse:
- Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts.
- Attempting bonus arbitrage or gaining any unfair advantage.
- Transferring account ownership to another person.
In cases of bonus abuse, all related bonuses and winnings will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
6Betting Rules
The following rules apply to participation in Sports Betting and gaming on Sixs6:
Sports Betting
- Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed — however, the cash out feature may be used if available.
- If a match is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
- If one or more selections in an accumulator bet are voided, the bet will be settled based on the remaining selections.
- In the event of a match abandonment, Sixs6 will follow its established rules.
- Sixs6 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
Live Betting
- Once a bet is accepted on a live match, any subsequent odds changes will not affect your bet.
- Sixs6 is not liable for any bets that fail to register due to a disconnection.
Sixs6 settles all bets fairly and transparently. In the event of any dispute, our records serve as the definitive source of truth.
7Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sixs6 platform. Violations will result in account closure and may be subject to legal action:
- Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Hacking: Attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
- Fixing: Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
- Bot Usage: Using automated software to gain an unfair advantage.
- Underage Account: Operating an account for users under 18 years of age.
8Account Suspension & Closure
Sixs6 may suspend or close any account without notice or with short notice for the following reasons:
- Breach of Terms & Conditions.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
Member's Right to Close Account
You may temporarily or permanently close your account at any time through our support team. While a self-exclusion is active, requests to reopen the account will not be accepted.
After account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned within 5 business days.
9Responsible Gaming
